We were selected to work for a company with a unique meat alternative process for several projects, including developing the initial process, streamlining the process based upon use, expanding production capabilities, and investigating a contamination.
The process was streamlined with additional equipment, which allowed the facility to switch from batch to continuous processing. The additional equipment and process operation changes reduced the production time by half, resulting in higher production capacity.
After reviewing the existing CIP programs, improvements and additional cleaning capabilities were added to improve quality.
Seiberling was contracted for conceptual design, detailed design, control system design, software development, construction management, commissioning, and continued field support.
