Expanding production with more efficient operation.

At the customer’s request to take control of production, we assisted by designing a new facility to replace the current co-packing arrangement they had in place.

The new facility increased capacity by designing from the ground up. Additional equipment and selective automation was included to maintain the filler running continuously and facilitate turnaround time. Security and tracking systems were added for operator event tracking, lot tracking, and equipment status tracking. Batching schedule, receiving, quality testing, and ingredient usage was integrated with the Oracle ERP System to ensure uninterrupted flow of raw ingredients to production as well as final product to customers.

We were contracted for conceptual design, detail design, control system design, construction management, and commissioning.
