We were selected for a project to convert an existing warehouse space into a new 1200 can per minute production line for hard seltzer.
The project involved procuring and retrofitting used process and packaging equipment. Unit operations in the process included wort batching, fermentation, reverse osmosis, deaeration, carbonation blending, flash pasteurization, and filling.
We were contracted for conceptual design, detail design, automation documentation, construction management, and commissioning.
