We performed a feasibility and cost analysis study on relocating existing petroleum jelly and nail polish remover processes from an aging facility to a newer one. The analysis included cost to relocate, cost to modernize, sample production scheduling, and return on investment.

Additionally, the client had cleaning issues in the mouthwash line of another facility. We performed an audit of the CIP and process equipment and determined that changes were needed to the water system design and operation.

We were contracted for a conceptual study and on-site CIP audit.
